Entryway Offers New Opportunities
Entryway Talent partners with real estate investors, owners, and stakeholders in the multifamily industry, including Chadwell Supply, to offer a “hand up to economic self-sufficiency.” Their team empowers people interested in new opportunities to build a successful future by providing career training, employment, housing, and career connections.
Entryway is helping people transform their lives, their futures, and in many cases their families, through helping them find and excel in rewarding work. A recent report found that:
- On average, Entryway participants increase their hourly wage by 145% when hired through the Talent program.
- Plus, 87% of graduated participants report a promotion or wage increase after their annual employer review.
- Nearly half of hired participants, 48%, have dependents whose lives are directly impacted by support from Entryway.
Delivering the right tools
Chadwell Supply supports participants in the Entryway Talent Program by providing program graduates with many of the tools they need to be successful in their new roles as professional maintenance technicians.
Tracy is a resilient U.S. Navy Veteran is rebuilding his life with determination and the support of Entryway North Texas.
Brian recently celebrated his 90-day work anniversary as a Maintenance Technician in Central Florida.
